About Wamid
A personal memory app designed to capture what matters, hold it calmly, then bring it back at the right time.
An independent project, built with care.
Wamid is led by Yassine El Idrissi, an entrepreneur based in Morocco, with the support of specialists in product design, mobile development, technical architecture and artificial intelligence.
The project was born from a simple need: we write notes and reminders not to forget, then we often forget where we wrote them.
Wamid aims to bridge that gap.
Why Wamid exists
Ideas, tasks, decisions and small important daily things scatter fast: in a notes app, a calendar, a message, a list, or simply in our head.
Wamid was imagined as a simple place where everything can be captured quickly, organized without friction, then found again at the right time.
The goal is not to create yet another productivity app. The goal is to build a calm, reliable and useful personal memory in real life: work, studies, family, kids, sport, personal projects and admin.
Our principles
Capture fast
An idea should not wait for a form.
Hold calmly
Notes, reminders and Sparks rest in a clear space.
Return at the right time
Wamid helps you find what matters, without noise.
The Wamid symbol
Wamid's logo combines two simple ideas: a protected space to hold what matters, and a golden dot to represent what comes back at the right time.
It's not just a visual sign. It's the product's promise: capture an idea, hold it calmly, then find it again when it becomes useful.

Wamid is built with a local-first approach: the app must work on your device first.
Future backup, sync and cloud AI features will be designed with transparency, user control and clear choices.
You must always know what is stored, what is backed up, and what Wamid does with your data.
Still under construction, already guided by a clear idea.
Wamid evolves progressively, with a simple priority: build an app that's truly useful daily, easy to understand, reliable and respectful of the user.
Our goal: help people stop losing what matters.
